# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine room temp butter with fresh garlic and parsley in a small dish. Put it aside for now.
02 - Rub your chicken with oil then sprinkle with powdered garlic, onion, paprika, salt and some pepper.
03 - Warm up some oil in your pan on medium. Cook chicken till you see a nice brown outside and it reads 145-150°F inside. Let it cool a bit, then cut into pieces. Save for later.
04 - Using that same pan, warm up oil and melt your butter on medium. Cook garlic till it smells good. Pour in your cream, add your spices and chicken powder. Stir well and slowly add your parmesan while mixing. Let it bubble till it gets thick. Taste and add more flavors if needed.
05 - Turn oven to 350°F. Smear your garlic butter mix on both bread pieces. Stick them on a tray and bake about 7 minutes till they look a bit golden.
06 - Pour some sauce on each toasted bread half. Add mozzarella, then chicken pieces, then more sauce on top.
07 - Bake for 10-15 mins till cheese melts and bubbles. Sprinkle with parsley, cut into pieces, and serve with extra sauce for dipping.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Always let your chicken sit for a few minutes after cooking so the juices stay in when you cut it.
