Airy Banana Chips Cinnamon (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 medium bananas, nice and firm but not overripe
02 - 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil

→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating

03 - 1 tablespoon regular sugar
04 - 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon powder

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Once the chips are done, move them to a wire rack. Let them cool fully before eating, or tuck them away in a sealed jar for 3 days tops.
02 - Pop those slices into the air fryer set to 150°C for about 10 to 15 minutes. Flip them at the halfway point. Start checking after 12 minutes—they should look golden and get crisp.
03 - Line up your banana slices in the air fryer basket without stacking them. It’s fine to do several rounds if you run out of space.
04 - Coat both sides of every banana round with coconut oil using a brush. Then toss cinnamon sugar all over each side so they're covered well.
05 - Mix together the cinnamon powder and sugar in a tiny bowl till they're blended well.
06 - Peel your bananas first, then slice into thin, even coins—roughly 3mm thick. Use a sharp knife or a mandoline, whichever you like.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Pick bananas that are firmer and just ripe–that’ll make it a lot easier to slice and they’ll crispen up better.
02 - Play around with how much cinnamon or sugar you like, or swap in a sugar replacement if you want.
03 - If your chips aren't crispy yet, toss them back in the air fryer and add 2 minutes at a time—just keep an eye out so they don't burn.
