02 - Add half a teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - Toss in 30 grams of fresh spinach
04 - Pour in 120 milliliters light coconut milk or your favorite milk
05 - Mix in 120 milliliters vanilla Greek yogurt, or coconut yogurt for dairy-free
06 - Squeeze out 2 tablespoons fresh (key) lime juice
07 - Grate the skin from one small lime for the zest
08 - Grab a big frozen banana and slice it up

→ Garnish

09 - Finish with a scoop of whipped cream
10 - Scatter on shredded toasted coconut
11 - Dip the glass edge in a lime wedge
12 - Roll the rim in crushed graham crackers

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pour your finished smoothie into the glass you prepped. Add some whipped cream on top and dust it with toasted coconut if that’s your thing. Drink right away.
02 - Give it a try and if you want it sweeter, quickly blend in some honey or maple syrup.
03 - Toss your sliced banana, lime juice, zest, yogurt, coconut milk, spinach, and vanilla into a good blender. Blend till it’s all smooth. If it’s too thick, pour in some extra milk so it blends better.
04 - Spread out graham crumbs on a little plate. Take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of your glass so it’s damp. Press and roll the edge in the crumbs so it gets covered.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Use coconut or non-dairy yogurt if you want it to be vegan or dairy-free. Need more protein? Throw in a scoop of vanilla protein powder. The spinach mainly brings color and extra nutrients, so put in up to 2 cups if you want a bigger boost.
