Milk Lemonade (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups cold water
02 - 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
03 - 1 cup fresh lemon juice (you’ll need 4 to 6 lemons)

→ Optional Sweetener

04 - Up to 1/4 cup simple syrup (add if you want things sweeter)

→ To Serve

05 - Lemon slices for the top
06 - Fresh mint leaves for a fresh kick
07 - Ice cubes

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pop in a straw, give your glass a quick swirl, and sip right away for the coolest zing.
02 - Grab some tall glasses, load them up with ice. Pour in your chilled lemony drink, drop on a lemon slice and a bit of mint if you like.
03 - Stick the pitcher in the fridge for at least half an hour till it’s super cold, or just pour and go if you can't wait.
04 - Little by little, add the cold water into the lemon-milk base, stir all the time. If you think it needs to be sweeter, pour in that simple syrup, up to a quarter cup.
05 - In your big pitcher, combine the sweetened condensed milk and your fresh lemon juice, then whisk till you get a creamy blend with no clumps.
06 - Before you cut, roll the lemons back and forth on your counter to get all the juice out. Slice them, juice them, and filter out any seeds or big bits. Stop when you’ve got one full cup.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want to mix it up? Try tossing in some mashed berries or swap the mint for some basil for a new twist.
