Milk Lemonade Mint (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - Extra lemon rounds (if you want to decorate)
02 - Lots of ice cubes, up to you
03 - A handful of mint leaves (about 15g), more if you want some for topping
04 - About 950 ml of cold water
05 - A small can (240 ml) of sweetened condensed milk
06 - Roughly 240 ml lemon juice (squeeze 4-6 lemons fresh)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pour the cold drink over ice in glasses. Add a few extra sprigs of mint or some lemon rounds if you’re feeling fancy.
02 - Let it chill in the fridge for half an hour so everything blends together nicely.
03 - Try a sip. Too sour? Mix in more condensed milk until you’re happy with the taste.
04 - Drop mint leaves into the mix. Smash them a bit with the end of a spoon or a muddler to get that minty flavor to come out. Give it a good stir.
05 - Pour in the cold water gradually while you keep stirring. Just make sure the whole thing comes together evenly.
06 - Grab a big pitcher and pour in your strained lemon juice and the condensed milk. Whisk or mix them up till it all looks super smooth.
07 - Cut and squeeze your lemons till you get about 240 ml juice. Strain it through a fine mesh so you don’t get big bits or seeds.

# Additional Tips:

01 - If you don’t want milk, swap in coconut sweetened condensed milk instead.
02 - Play with the amount of lemon or milk so it’s just the right combo of tart and sweet for what you like.
