01 -
Pour the cold drink over ice in glasses. Add a few extra sprigs of mint or some lemon rounds if you’re feeling fancy.
02 -
Let it chill in the fridge for half an hour so everything blends together nicely.
03 -
Try a sip. Too sour? Mix in more condensed milk until you’re happy with the taste.
04 -
Drop mint leaves into the mix. Smash them a bit with the end of a spoon or a muddler to get that minty flavor to come out. Give it a good stir.
05 -
Pour in the cold water gradually while you keep stirring. Just make sure the whole thing comes together evenly.
06 -
Grab a big pitcher and pour in your strained lemon juice and the condensed milk. Whisk or mix them up till it all looks super smooth.
07 -
Cut and squeeze your lemons till you get about 240 ml juice. Strain it through a fine mesh so you don’t get big bits or seeds.
