02 - 1 cup ready-made cheddar cheese sauce
03 - 4 sesame seed or onion buns
04 - 1 pound roast beef, sliced deli-thin

→ Make-Your-Own Cheese Sauce (Optional)

05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
08 - 1 cup whole milk
09 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
10 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

→ DIY Arby's Sauce (Optional)

11 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
12 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
13 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
14 - 1 tablespoon water
15 - 1/4 cup ketchup

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Grab the bottom buns and slather on Arby's sauce. Stack the warm roast beef over that, pour on a good amount of the cheesy goodness, then top everything off with the other buns. Enjoy right away.
02 - Pop your buns cut side down in a hot skillet or oven for a few minutes if you like them browned up and a little crispy.
03 - Toss roast beef slices into a skillet or on a griddle, add a splash of water, and just let them heat up for around half a minute so they get nice and hot.
04 - Start by melting butter in a small pot on medium. Sprinkle in flour and stir for a minute. Slowly mix in milk till smooth. Turn the heat down, toss in cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder, then keep mixing until you’ve got a thick, creamy sauce.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Using deli roast beef means lots of salt. Look for lower-sodium options if you want to cut down.
