Mix up the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix with the Italian seasoning and garlic powder following the box instructions. Put it aside for now.

Warm your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat two muffin tins with nonstick spray.

Throw together the cooked crab meat, onion powder, paprika, mayo, mustard, and smashed crackers in a bowl. Stir everything up good, adding more mayo if it's too dry.

Grab some dough with a scoop, put it on your floured hands and shape into a little cup. Drop some crab mix in the middle, top with more dough, and pinch it closed.

Pop your stuffed biscuit balls into the muffin tin. Let them bake for about 12-15 minutes until they turn nice and golden.

Right when they come out hot, brush the tops with your butter and lemon juice mix.
