# Steps to Follow:

- Get your oven hot at 425°F (220°C). Put some parchment paper on a baking tray.
- Grab a big bowl and mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together.
- Throw in the grated cheddar and mix it all up good.
- In another bowl, stir together the buttermilk, melted butter, and egg.
- Pour your wet stuff into the dry stuff and stir just until it's all combined.
- In a separate bowl, gently toss together the crab chunks, green onions, mayo, Dijon, and Worcestershire.
- Make some round discs with your dough about 1-2 inches thick using your hands or a cutter.
- Poke a hole in each dough disc, drop some crab mix in there, then fold over and reshape.
- Put your stuffed dough balls on the tray and cook for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- While they're cooking, stir together the melted butter, lemon juice, and zest in a small bowl.
- Take your hot biscuits out and brush them with lots of the lemony butter mix.
