Stack up those roll ups on a dish. Pretzel sticks go next to them. Enjoy right away or stash in the fridge until you’re hungry.

If you want, poke a green olive on top of each roll using the toothpick. Makes it look awesome and adds extra bite.

Roll each salami up from one edge to the other so the filling’s tucked in snug. Pop a toothpick in each to keep ’em rolled tight.

Drop some of that cheesy mixture on every slice of salami. Smooth it out over the surface, making sure to cover as close to the edges as you can.

Put the salami rounds in a single layer on your clean board or countertop so they’re set for building.

Drop the softened cream cheese into a bowl. Toss in the chives, onion flakes, garlic powder, and crank in your pepper. Mix until you’ve got one smooth blend.
