Cilantro Yogurt Dip (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Salt and black pepper, as much as you like
02 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder (optional)
03 - 1 jalapeño, seedless (if you want some heat)
04 - 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
05 - 1/4 cup juice from fresh lemon or lime
06 - 3 peeled garlic cloves
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream (or just use more Greek yogurt)
08 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
09 - 2 cups cilantro, leaves and stems, packed tight (about one small bunch)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Move your sauce into a jar or a bottle you can close tight. Stash it in the fridge and it'll be good for a week.
02 - Give it a taste and add more salt or pepper if it needs a little something extra.
03 - Sprinkle in salt and grind in some black pepper. Whirl everything up until you've got a nice, smooth texture.
04 - Throw cilantro, Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic, your citrus juice, olive oil, jalapeño (if you're using it), and ground cumin (if you like) all in your food processor.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Perfect as a veggie dip, awesome on salads, tacos, or burrito bowls, and great with anything grilled.
