Creamy Crab Crescents (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 package (226g) of ready-to-bake crescent roll dough, kept cool

→ Filling

02 - 120g cooked or imitation crab, cut up small
03 - 2 chopped green onions
04 - 60ml mayonnaise
05 - 170g room temp cream cheese
06 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Put down parchment on your baking sheet, then crank the oven up to 190°C.
02 - Crack open the crescent dough, press it together into a single slab on a dusted surface. Roll it out flat, then slice into 24 even pieces.
03 - Toss the crab, cream cheese, mayo, chopped onions, cayenne, and salt all together in your bowl. Keep mixing till everything’s creamy and totally mixed up.
04 - Stick a dollop of filling right in the center of each square, pull the corners over the top, and gently pinch them to close them up tight.
05 - Space all your filled bites out on the tray and bake at 190°C for 10-15 minutes or until you see a golden top.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Cut calories by switching to low-fat mayo and cream cheese if you’d like. Don’t cram in too much filling or you’ll get leaks while they bake.
02 - Flour your rolling pin so the dough doesn’t get all sticky and hard to handle.
