Cucumber Bacon Cheddar Bowl
(Printable Version)
# What You'll Need:
01 -
2–3 cups cucumber slices
02 -
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
03 -
⅓ cup bacon bits, fried and broken up
04 -
½ cup sour cream or ranch dressing
05 -
1 tsp dill (if you want)
06 -
Salt and pepper as needed
# Steps to Follow:
01 -
Put your cucumber slices in a bowl and mix them with your sour cream or ranch until they're all covered.
02 -
Add your grated cheese, bacon pieces, and dill if you're using it.
03 -
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir everything together lightly.
04 -
You can pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes first or just dig in right away for that fresh, creamy bite.
# Additional Tips:
01 -
English cucumbers work best since they don't have many seeds, but you can just peel and scoop out seeds from regular ones too.
02 -
Fresh cooked bacon tastes amazing here, though store-bought bacon bits will do in a hurry.
03 -
The flavor gets better if you let it sit for 5–10 minutes before eating.
