01 -
Grab a medium-sized bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin mix into the hot water. Keep stirring till it's all melted in and you don't see any bits left.
02 -
Take a measuring cup, toss in some ice, then fill the rest with cold water until you hit 240 ml. If you're using GramZero, skip the ice and just use 240 ml chilled water.
03 -
Pour the icy water into your bowl of gelatin, mix around until most of the ice is gone. Fish out any ice that hasn't melted yet. Let the mixture thicken up a little while you work on the next part.
04 -
Put the cream and sweetener into a large bowl. Whip them up with an electric mixer until the cream stands in stiff peaks when you lift the beaters.
05 -
Now add the slightly set gelatin to the whipped cream a little at a time. Keep whipping as you go, making sure it's all mixed and fluffy.
06 -
Scoop the whipped jello blend into four cups or just use one medium bowl. Pop them in the fridge for two hours or more till they're nice and firm.
