Strawberry Fresa Drink (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1.4 litres cold water
02 - 120 ml sweetened condensed milk
03 - 355 ml evaporated milk
04 - 450 g fresh strawberries with tops removed

→ For Serving

05 - ice cubes
06 - 75 g fresh strawberries, cut into slices

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pile ice and strawberry slices into glasses. Pour your chilled drink on top and hand it out right away.
02 - Give it a taste. Too tart? Add a splash more condensed milk or drop in some sugar if you like.
03 - Top it off with the rest of the cold water. Stir everything well so it all comes together.
04 - Pour the sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk into your big pitcher. Mix it up thoroughly so it all blends.
05 - Pour your blended strawberry mix through a mesh sieve into a big pitcher if you want it smooth. Skip this if you don't mind a bit of texture.
06 - Toss the hulled strawberries in a blender with about 480 ml water. Crank it up until everything's totally smooth, usually a minute or two.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Put ice in each glass rather than the whole pitcher. That way, your drink doesn't end up tasting watery.
02 - You can swap out the condensed milk for honey or Stevia if you want it lighter.
03 - Sweet, ripe strawberries mean you probably won't need to dump in extra sugar.
04 - If you're using frozen strawberries, just blend a bit longer so it's nice and smooth.
