Air Fryer Crispy Tortellini (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Cooking spray
02 - 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 255 grams refrigerated cheese or prosciutto tortellini

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Scoop out the hot tortellini and hand them out with some marinara you love for dipping.
02 - Pop each finished batch into an oven at 95°C so they stay heated up while you cook the rest.
03 - Lay out your seasoned tortellini in the air fryer basket. Don’t crowd them—do a batch at a time if you need to. Let them cook at 190°C for about 8 to 10 minutes and flip or shake halfway in so they get crispy all over.
04 - Set your air fryer to 190°C and give the basket a good coating with cooking spray so nothing sticks.
05 - Dump the drained tortellini back in the bowl. Pour in the olive oil, then sprinkle over grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Use a spatula and mix very gently until they all have a nice coating.
06 - Put your tortellini in a big bowl. Cover them with hot boiling water. Let them sit about 3 minutes, then drain out all the water real well.

# Additional Tips:

01 - If you want these extra crunchy, be sure every bit of water is off the tortellini before you season and cook them.
