Scoop out the hot tortellini and hand them out with some marinara you love for dipping.

Pop each finished batch into an oven at 95°C so they stay heated up while you cook the rest.

Lay out your seasoned tortellini in the air fryer basket. Don’t crowd them—do a batch at a time if you need to. Let them cook at 190°C for about 8 to 10 minutes and flip or shake halfway in so they get crispy all over.

Set your air fryer to 190°C and give the basket a good coating with cooking spray so nothing sticks.

Dump the drained tortellini back in the bowl. Pour in the olive oil, then sprinkle over grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Use a spatula and mix very gently until they all have a nice coating.

Put your tortellini in a big bowl. Cover them with hot boiling water. Let them sit about 3 minutes, then drain out all the water real well.
