Crunchy Honey Feta (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 chicken breasts without bones and skin
02 - 1/2 cup broken up feta cheese
03 - 1 cup panko crumbs
04 - 1/2 cup regular flour
05 - 2 big eggs
06 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
07 - 1 teaspoon smoky paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
10 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil or olive oil

→ Hot Honey Sauce

11 - 1/2 cup natural honey
12 - 1-2 teaspoons spicy sauce
13 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
14 - 1 tablespoon apple vinegar

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten chicken breasts so they're even. Add a bit of salt and pepper to the meat.
02 - Create three bowls for dipping. Mix flour with powdered garlic, smoky paprika, salt and pepper in the first one. Beat eggs in the second bowl. Combine panko crumbs with broken feta in the third. Roll each piece of chicken in flour first, then dip in egg, letting extra drip off. Finally, push into the panko-feta mix to cover all sides.
03 - Warm up oil in a big pan over medium heat. Brown the coated chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until it looks crispy. Move to a baking tray and stick it in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches 165°F (74°C) inside.
04 - While chicken bakes, put honey, spicy sauce, crushed red pepper, and apple vinegar in a small pot. Warm it on low heat, stirring until everything's mixed well. Take it off the heat.
05 - Pour plenty of hot honey on top of your crispy chicken. You can sprinkle extra feta, parsley, or red pepper on top if you want. Serve right away with sides like roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want it spicier? Just add more spicy sauce or cayenne to your honey mix.
02 - Can't eat gluten? Just swap in gluten-free flour and breadcrumbs instead.
03 - Try cooking in an air fryer at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway if you'd like.
