Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten chicken breasts so they're even. Add a bit of salt and pepper to the meat.
02 -
Create three bowls for dipping. Mix flour with powdered garlic, smoky paprika, salt and pepper in the first one. Beat eggs in the second bowl. Combine panko crumbs with broken feta in the third. Roll each piece of chicken in flour first, then dip in egg, letting extra drip off. Finally, push into the panko-feta mix to cover all sides.
03 -
Warm up oil in a big pan over medium heat. Brown the coated chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until it looks crispy. Move to a baking tray and stick it in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches 165°F (74°C) inside.
04 -
While chicken bakes, put honey, spicy sauce, crushed red pepper, and apple vinegar in a small pot. Warm it on low heat, stirring until everything's mixed well. Take it off the heat.
05 -
Pour plenty of hot honey on top of your crispy chicken. You can sprinkle extra feta, parsley, or red pepper on top if you want. Serve right away with sides like roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
