Cereal-Coated French Toast (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 big eggs
02 - 2/3 cup fresh milk
03 - 1/4 cup regular flour
04 - 1/4 cup white sugar
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
08 - 8 fat slices of bread (like Texas Toast)
09 - 2 full cups crunchy rice cereal or smashed corn flakes

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Warm up your griddle to 350°F or put a skillet on medium heat.
02 - Pour cereal onto a flat pie dish or regular plate.
03 - Throw eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender or shallow bowl. Mix it all up good. Don't worry about tiny flour clumps if you're using a whisk.
04 - Soak each bread slice in the egg mix, flip it over, then press both sides into the cereal until it sticks.
05 - Drop a bit of butter on your hot griddle or skillet. Lay down your coated bread and let it cook until it's golden on the bottom. Flip it over and brown the other side too.
06 - Enjoy with maple syrup or whatever toppings you like.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Only coat your bread right before you cook it or it'll get mushy.
