Snip the green tops off and cut berries into halves. Trim a tiny bit from the rounded side so they won't tip over. Scoop out a small hole in each half using a melon baller.

Take your cold whipping cream and whip it in a bowl until it stands up firmly, should take around 5 minutes.

Grab another bowl and blend the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice (if you want) with your electric mixer till it's completely smooth.

Gently mix the whipped cream into your cheese mixture until everything's well blended.

Put your creamy mixture into a piping bag with a star tip and squeeze it onto each hollowed strawberry half.

Dust the filled strawberries with graham crumbs. They're ready to eat!
