Stuffed Strawberries Cream Blend (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 18-24 big ripe strawberries
02 - 1 cup cold whipping cream
03 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
04 - 1/3 cup tangy sour cream
05 - 2/3 cup regular white sugar
06 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
07 - 1 tbsp squeezed lemon juice (if desired)
08 - 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Snip the green tops off and cut berries into halves. Trim a tiny bit from the rounded side so they won't tip over. Scoop out a small hole in each half using a melon baller.
02 - Take your cold whipping cream and whip it in a bowl until it stands up firmly, should take around 5 minutes.
03 - Grab another bowl and blend the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice (if you want) with your electric mixer till it's completely smooth.
04 - Gently mix the whipped cream into your cheese mixture until everything's well blended.
05 - Put your creamy mixture into a piping bag with a star tip and squeeze it onto each hollowed strawberry half.
06 - Dust the filled strawberries with graham crumbs. They're ready to eat!

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want fewer carbs? Just swap the sugar for a low-carb sweetener and skip the graham crumbs.
02 - You can fix the strawberries a day early - just keep them in a sealed container with a paper towel to soak up moisture.
03 - The cheese filling can be made ahead too and kept in your fridge overnight.
