10 - 1 cup (100 g) shredded Mexican cheese blend, put aside for topping
11 - 225 g chive whipped cream cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Let everything sit for a few minutes so it’s not scorching, then dig in while it’s still warm.
02 - Slide it into your hot oven and cook for about 17–20 minutes, or until the cheese on top is bubbly and looks a little toasty.
03 - Scatter crushed Doritos over the top. Pile on that last cup of shredded cheese. Sprinkle with the set-aside green onion.
04 - Grease a 33 x 23 cm baking dish. Pour in your mixture and spread it out so it covers everything in one even layer.
05 - Set aside a small handful of sliced green onion. Toss the rest in with the chicken, corn, 2 cups cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix till it’s all blended.
06 - Plop the whipped cream cheese and condensed chicken soup together in a big bowl. Use your mixer to whip them till they’re totally smooth.
07 - Turn your oven on to 200°C so it’s ready when you are.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Starting with rotisserie chicken cuts down how much work you have to do and brings in loads of flavor.
