01 -
Get your oven hot at 400°F (200°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment paper so nothing sticks.
02 -
Throw beef in a pan over medium heat, break it up while cooking until it's no longer pink. Pour off extra grease. Mix in the taco spices according to package directions. Set the meat aside.
03 -
Flatten the Pillsbury Pizza Dough on a surface dusted with flour. Slice it into 10 even rectangles.
04 -
Add a bit of the taco meat onto each dough piece. Top with half a cheese stick. Wrap the dough around everything, making sure to press edges closed. Put them on your paper-lined tray with the seam facing down.
05 -
Combine the melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley in a small bowl. Coat each wrapped stick generously with this mixture.
06 -
Pop them in your hot oven for 12-15 minutes. They're done when the outside turns golden and the dough isn't raw anymore.
07 -
Let them cool a bit before you dig in. They taste great with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream on the side!
