Garlic Salmon Fettuccine (Printable Version)

01 - 2 chunks of salmon fillet
02 - 8 oz pasta fettuccine
03 - 2 tablespoons oil from olives
04 - 2 tablespoons butter
05 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
06 - 1 cup cream, heavy type
07 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
08 - ½ teaspoon salt
09 - ½ teaspoon pepper, black
10 - ½ teaspoon flakes of red pepper, if you want
11 - 1 tablespoon juice from lemon
12 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook the fettuccine following the box directions. Drain it in a strainer and put aside.
02 - Add salt and pepper to your salmon pieces. Warm up olive oil in your pan and cook salmon till it's golden, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Take it out and save for later.
03 - Using that same pan, drop in butter and cook the garlic till it smells good. Add your heavy cream, Parmesan, some lemon juice, and those red pepper flakes. Keep stirring till it's all mixed up.
04 - Mix your cooked pasta into the sauce, then place the salmon chunks on top.
05 - Throw some parsley on top and dig in!
