English Muffin Pizza (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base and Toppings

01 - Dash of milk for eggs
02 - 60 grams mild cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 50 grams breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
04 - 4 large eggs
05 - 4 English muffins, split in half

→ Sausage Gravy

06 - 1.25 millilitres black pepper
07 - 1.25 millilitres salt
08 - 16 grams all-purpose flour
09 - 60 millilitres sausage drippings
10 - 240 millilitres milk

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Toss the flour into the sausage drippings in your saucepan. Keep swirling everything over medium heat, letting it come together into a paste-like mix.
02 - Sprinkle in your salt and pepper. Keep stirring while slowly adding your milk so lumps don't show up. Let it cook till it thickens, then move it off the heat for now.
03 - Crack the eggs in a bowl, splash that little milk in, and whip them together. Pour them into your hot skillet and stir things around until the eggs barely set. Take the pan off before they get too dry.
04 - Turn your oven on and set it at 180°C. Give it a few minutes to warm up.
05 - Line your baking sheet with English muffin halves. Spoon a good amount of warm gravy onto each, pile on your soft eggs, toss on sausage crumbles, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar.
06 - Put the tray in the oven. Wait about 10 minutes till the cheese looks gooey and bubbly.
07 - Let your muffin pizzas cool for just a bit once you pull them out so you don't burn your tongue.

# Additional Tips:

01 - If you sprinkle the cheese evenly, every bite melts just right.
