Set your oven to 400°F and let it warm up.

Coat tortillas with cooking spray on both sides. Heat them on a medium-hot griddle until they turn golden. Let them cool all the way.

Cook ground beef in a big skillet on medium-high until no longer pink. Pour off any fat. Add the taco mix and water. Keep cooking till it thickens up.

Stir together the enchilada and taco sauces in a small bowl and put aside.

Put beans in a microwave-safe dish and heat them for about 2-3 minutes until they're warm and smooth.

Spread beans on one tortilla and add a quarter of the beef on top. Add another tortilla. Pour some sauce mix over it. Scatter 1/4 cup of cheese on top.

Follow the same steps with what's left of your ingredients.

Stick them in the oven for around 3-4 minutes until the cheese gets bubbly.

Sprinkle tomatoes and olives on each pizza. Cut them in four pieces and dig in.
