Tangy Adobo Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
02 - 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
03 - 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
04 - 4 garlic cloves, smashed
05 - 1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns
06 - 4 dried bay leaves

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Mix everything together in a big bowl. Let the chicken soak in this mixture for 4 hours.
02 - Warm your oven to 375°F (190°C). Put the chicken with the skin facing down in a big Dutch oven along with the liquid. Cover it up and cook for 30 minutes.
03 - Take the lid off. Flip the chicken pieces and drizzle them with the sauce. Cook without the lid for another 30 minutes until you get brown chicken and thicker sauce.
