Two-Ingredient Biscuits (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Flavor Boosters

01 - 180 ml of water, regular or non-dairy milk

→ Base

02 - 2 cups (about 240g) self-rising flour, or grab the gluten-free kind if you want

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Let the biscuits chill for a few minutes after you pull them out of the oven so you don’t burn yourself when you eat them.
02 - Slide the tray into your hot oven and let them bake for around 10 minutes. You’re looking for that golden finish on top.
03 - Lay out your cut biscuits on the baking tray with some space between them so they don’t stick together.
04 - Grab a glass or a biscuit cutter and press it into the dough to make those classic biscuit rounds.
05 - Squish the dough out with your hands until it’s about as thick as your thumb, something like 2.5 cm.
06 - Dust your counter with flour, plop the dough down, and give it a few gentle kneads to smooth it out.
07 - Toss your flour into a bowl and pour in your choice of liquid. Stir until you’ve got a soft dough going.
08 - Fire up your oven and set it to 220°C to get it nice and hot.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Swap in plant milk to keep things vegan, or use gluten-free flour if you need it wheat-free.
