Let the bread rest on a rack for a few minutes once it's out of the oven. Then you can cut it or grab a piece to eat.

Pop the tray in your oven and bake about 15-20 minutes. It'll be ready when the middle isn't soft and the sides look golden.

Work the dough by hand till it's stretchy and smooth. Lay it on your parchment-lined baking tray and use your hands to press it into a rectangle or circle that's about a quarter-inch thick.

Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add the oil, psyllium powder, and warm water. Keep whisking till it all looks smooth.

Using a big bowl, mix together coconut flour, almond flour, onion powder, baking powder, salt, plus garlic powder. Stir until everything's well mixed.
