Keto Garlic Flatbread (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Flatbread Base

01 - 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1/3 cup warm water
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/4 cup coconut flour
06 - 1 cup almond flour

→ Seasoning

07 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Let the bread rest on a rack for a few minutes once it's out of the oven. Then you can cut it or grab a piece to eat.
02 - Pop the tray in your oven and bake about 15-20 minutes. It'll be ready when the middle isn't soft and the sides look golden.
03 - Work the dough by hand till it's stretchy and smooth. Lay it on your parchment-lined baking tray and use your hands to press it into a rectangle or circle that's about a quarter-inch thick.
04 - Pour the wet stuff into the dry mixture a little at a time, mixing as you go. Keep stirring till you see it all come together as dough.
05 - Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add the oil, psyllium powder, and warm water. Keep whisking till it all looks smooth.
06 - Using a big bowl, mix together coconut flour, almond flour, onion powder, baking powder, salt, plus garlic powder. Stir until everything's well mixed.
07 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Put down some parchment on your baking sheet to stop the bread from sticking.

# Additional Tips:

01 - If you don’t use all the water called for, your dough might turn out dry since coconut flour soaks up a lot. Use it all.
02 - Psyllium husk powder gives the dough stretch and makes the bread more like the real thing.
03 - Want more flavor? Toss in some chopped oregano or rosemary when mixing.
04 - Sticky dough won’t bug you if you wet your hands a bit before shaping it.
