Stir the soy sauce, olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.

Drizzle the sauce mix over your chicken and veggie blend, then mix well so everything gets coated.

Put all your mixed ingredients flat on the ready baking tray.

Pop it in the hot oven for about 20-25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and veggies are soft.
