Boil water in your kettle. Take it off the heat and drop in the hibiscus tea bags or dried flowers. Let them soak for 5-7 minutes. Take out the bags or strain the flowers. Set aside to cool down.

Clean and cut your strawberries. Toss them in a blender with ¼ cup of the cooled hibiscus tea. Whizz until smooth. You can strain it through a fine mesh or bag if you want it silkier.

Pour the rest of your cooled tea into a big pitcher. Add the strawberry mix, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Give it a good stir. Taste and tweak by adding more syrup or lemon juice.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour your drink over them. Top with lemon bits, fresh strawberry pieces, and mint if you want. Time to drink up!
