# Steps to Follow:

- Turn your oven on to 450°F (230°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment or coat it lightly with oil. Mix the chicken in a big bowl with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons flour and parmesan, then toss until coated. Pour the whisked egg and hot sauce over everything. Stir until chicken is fully covered. Dump in the remaining 1/2 cup flour, smoked paprika, and turmeric, then mix thoroughly so each piece gets an even coating.
- Spread out the chicken pieces on the baking tray without crowding them. Brush some olive oil or melted butter on top to make them extra crunchy. Pop them in the oven for 15–20 minutes until they're golden and crispy.
- While your chicken cooks, make your sauce. Combine honey, hot sauce, cayenne, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small pot. Warm it all up on low heat but don't let it bubble.
- Pour the warm spicy honey over your crispy chicken or put it on the side for dipping. Top with chopped green onions, cilantro, or parsley. If your sauce gets too thick, just warm it up for 5 seconds in the microwave before you use it.
