Ciabatta Italian Sandwich (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Optional

01 - 30 g sliced pitted olives

→ Cheese

02 - 60 g provolone, sliced thin

→ Condiments

03 - 45 ml zesty Italian dressing

→ Bread

04 - 1 big ciabatta loaf

→ Meat

05 - 80 g spicy salami, sliced
06 - 80 g capicola, sliced

→ Vegetables

07 - 40 g lettuce, shredded
08 - 1 tomato, sliced up thin
09 - 30 g red onion, super thin slices

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Serve right away or wrap your sandwich for later. Gently press down on the top ciabatta half to snug up the fillings. Use a sharp knife to split it into two pieces.
02 - Toss on red onion, tomato slices, crunchy lettuce, and the olives if you're into that. Splash the whole lot with some Italian dressing.
03 - Lay down the salami and capicola over one side of the bread first. Put the provolone slices right on top of the meat.
04 - Grab your bread knife and cut the ciabatta in half sideways, but don’t slice all the way through—leave one long edge still connected.
05 - Set all your prepped stuff out on a clean board. That way it’s all in reach as you go.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Don’t put together your sandwich until you’re ready to eat so the bread stays nice and crisp.
