Set your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grab a baking sheet. Either grease it or toss some parchment paper on top.

In a big bowl, mix together cream cheese, eggs, and shredded cheddar. Keep going until you don’t see any big lumps left.

Toss in the almond flour, heavy cream, baking powder, butter, and salt. Stir until you get a dough that sticks together.

Carefully fold the chopped ham into your dough. Don’t mix it too long. Stick the dough in the fridge for about 10–15 minutes so it sets up a bit.

Using an ice cream or cookie scoop, scoop dough out and place on your sheet. Gently press each one down a bit—don’t flatten completely.

Let the biscuits bake for 13–15 minutes until you see a nice golden color.

Once they’re out and still warm, brush melted butter on top and dig in right away.
