# Steps to Follow:

- Warm your oven to 350°F (175°C) before you start cooking.
- Grab a big bowl and throw in your diced lobster, fluffy rice, heavy cream, grated cheese, mayo, mustard, Old Bay, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir it all up until everything's mixed well.
- Take your 2-quart casserole dish and lightly coat it with some oil to stop food from sticking.
- Scoop all your lobster mix into the oiled dish and smooth it out flat.
- In another bowl, pour melted butter over the crushed crackers and mix until all crumbs are wet with butter.
- Scatter your buttery cracker crumbs all over the top of the lobster mixture.
- Stick your dish in the hot oven and let it cook for 30-35 minutes until the top turns golden and you can see the filling bubbling up.
- Pull it out of the oven, sprinkle some fresh parsley on top, and let it sit for a bit before you serve it up.
