# Steps to Follow:

- Get your oven nice and hot at 350 degrees F.
- Mix flour, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Use your fingers to blend until it looks crumbly. Put it aside for later.
- Put sugar and lemon peel in a big bowl. Use your fingertips to mix them together until you can smell the lemon. Dump in flour, baking powder, and salt. Give it a quick stir and set it aside.
- In another bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla. Slowly pour in your melted butter while stirring until everything looks smooth.
- Pour your wet mixture into the dry stuff. Stir gently just until combined. Don't mix too much. Carefully fold in your blueberries without mashing them or your batter will turn purple.
- Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Make sure you don't miss any spots. Dump in your batter and smooth it out. Sprinkle all that streusel on top.
- Pop it in the oven for about 45 to 55 minutes. It's done when you can stick a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean. Take it out and let it cool on a rack for half an hour before you pop off the sides of the pan.
- Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice in a bowl. Start with 2 tablespoons of juice and add more if needed until it's runny enough to drizzle.
- Pour your glaze all over the top of your cooled cake. Slice it up and dig in.
