Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grab a 9×13 inch baking dish and grease it well.

Stir together the ketchup and BBQ sauce in a bowl. Put it aside for now.

Put your beef in a big bowl. Smash up the Ritz Crackers and toss them in. Add the onion soup mix and eggs, then pour in half a cup of your sauce mixture. Mix everything up real good.

Push the meat mix flat into your greased dish. Top it with the leftover sauce mix. Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes.

Boil your macaroni following the box directions, then drain it well.

In a big bowl, mix milk and cheddar soup until smooth. Throw in salt, pepper, and both powders. Add your cooked macaroni and 2 cups of the shredded cheese blend.

Take out the meatloaf. Cover it with your cheesy macaroni mix. Sprinkle the last 2 cups of cheese on top. Bake again for about 17-20 minutes until the cheese gets bubbly and a bit brown.
