Maple Brisket Grilled (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Butter, as much as you like
02 - 4 waffles
03 - 8 bread slices
04 - 120 ml real maple syrup
05 - 2 cups (200 g) cheddar, shredded
06 - 450 g beef brisket

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Dish out those warm wafflewiches while they're still hot so every bite's melty and amazing.
02 - Grab a grilled cheese and brisket sandwich and pop it in between two waffles. Now you’ve got your loaded wafflewich!
03 - Heat up your waffles in a toaster till crisp or follow whatever the packaging says.
04 - Keep making sandwiches and grilling them till you’ve got four finished up.
05 - Flip the sandwich once, grill both sides until you see that golden, crunchy finish and all the cheese is oozing.
06 - Put butter on one side of the bread, lay it buttered-side down on your hot skillet. Add a pile of cheddar, then a scoop of pulled brisket, then pop another bread slice on top, butter-side up.
07 - Fire up that skillet on medium. Smear butter all over one side of each bread piece.
08 - Pull the brisket out of your slow cooker and use two forks to pull it into pieces. Let it hang out for a bit.
09 - Drop the brisket in your slow cooker. Pour over that maple syrup, turn it to low, and leave it for about 8 hours till you can pull the meat apart with a fork easily.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Let the brisket rest before shredding so it stays juicy and doesn’t dry out.
