Pizza Tortellini (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 24 ounces pizza sauce
02 - Sliced pepperoni (however much you like)
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
04 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
05 - 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
06 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - 1 pound ground beef
09 - 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped up
10 - 1/2 pound ground Italian sausage
11 - 12 ounces tortellini pasta

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Dish up nice and hot. Toss on some fresh herbs if that's your thing.
02 - Scatter on mozzarella, lay out your pepperoni, then cover the skillet. Turn off the burner and just wait for that cheese to melt.
03 - Dump in the pizza sauce and stir it up. Fold the tortellini gently into the pan, and let everything hang out together till it's heated through.
04 - Cook onions in olive oil on medium-high, get them soft. Toss in sausage and beef, crumble and cook till brown. Stir in garlic and seasoning, then drain off the fat. Bring it back to the stove, and mix in the bacon bits.
05 - Cook the tortellini noodles per the package. Strain the water. Set them aside for now.

01 - Want it lighter? Pick lean beef and use cheese that’s got less fat.
02 - If you wanna get ahead, build this meal, stash it in the fridge, and melt the cheese plus pepperoni when you reheat.
