Herbed Olive Oil (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dip Base

01 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up
02 - 1/2 cup good olive oil

→ Herbs and Seasonings

03 - Black pepper to your liking
04 - Salt as you like
05 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
07 - 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
08 - 1 teaspoon basil, dried
09 - 1 teaspoon oregano, dried

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Spoon your olive oil mix next to your favorite cracker, some sliced veggies, or torn bread. Use it for dipping and enjoy.
02 - Chuck a cover on the bowl and leave it out for about 1 hour at room temp so everything gets tasty.
03 - Give everything a good stir so the dried herbs and spices are spread around in the oil.
04 - Drop the garlic and olive oil into a little bowl. Add all your herbs, red pepper, then sprinkle in some salt and pepper.

# Additional Tips:

01 - If you want a bit of zing, splash in some lemon juice or a dash of balsamic vinegar.
02 - You can make this ahead and stick it in the fridge for a few days. Just bring it to room temp before you serve.
