15 - 12 tiny slider rolls (ones with seeds on top work best)
16 - 2 slices of yellow cheddar (cut smaller to fit sliders)
17 - 1 cup thin-cut iceberg lettuce
18 - ¼ cup tiny chopped onions
19 - ¼ cup sliced pickles

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Split beef into 10-12 same-size chunks. Shape into balls then press flat. Push your thumb in the middle of each to stop them from puffing up.
02 - Sprinkle both sides with pepper, salt, powdered onion, powdered garlic, and splash with Worcestershire if you're using it.
03 - Get your pan hot on medium-high. Cook each side about 3-4 minutes till they're done how you like.
04 - Mix mayo, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, relish, powdered onion, powdered garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir it good. Cool it down for 10 minutes if you've got time.
05 - Cut your slider buns across the middle. Add a bit of butter if you want and toast till they're golden, about a minute or two.
06 - Smear sauce on bun bottoms. Add your patties, cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles. Drop more sauce on bun tops and close them up.
07 - Eat them right away while they're hot.
