Homemade Mocha Frappes (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 120 ml whole milk
02 - 120 ml heavy cream
03 - 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
04 - Whipped cream for topping (if you want)
05 - 240 ml super strong cold brew coffee

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Fill a cold glass with the frappe mix, top it off with whipped cream if you're feeling fancy.
02 - Toss the coffee-milk cubes in a blender with the last 120 ml of cold brew coffee and your chocolate cream. Let it whirl 'til you get a nice frothy mix.
03 - Pour the chocolate syrup into the cream and give it a good stir until it's all smooth.
04 - Mix 120 ml milk with 120 ml cold brew coffee. Pour it into your ice tray and pop it in the freezer for at least an hour.

# Additional Tips:

01 - It works best if your coffee is fresh and your ice cubes are really frozen before tossing them in the blender.
