Classic Treat No-Bake Cookies (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/2 cup butter (unsalted), chopped into tbsp chunks
02 - 2 cups white sugar
03 - 1/2 cup milk
04 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
05 - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 3 cups quick-cooking oats

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Get two big baking sheets and cover them with parchment or silicon mats. Put them aside for now.
02 - Throw the butter, white sugar, milk, and cocoa in a pot. Heat it up to medium and stir now and then until it bubbles. Let it bubble hard for a minute.
03 - Take the pot off the heat and dump in the peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Stir till it's smooth. Add the oats and mix everything together well.
04 - Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mix for each cookie onto your lined trays. Let them sit and firm up at room temp for about 20-30 minutes.
