Pop on the top buns, let everything sit a few minutes so you don't burn your mouth, and dig in while they're still hot.

Stick them in for 12 minutes. Cheese should be gooey and bubbling at the end.

Spoon the warm beef sauce over each bun half. Top with a good layer of that cheddar so every bite's cheesy.
