Citrus Herb Tea Cooler (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 cups water
02 - 4 black tea bags
03 - 1 big orange, squeezed for juice and grated for zest
04 - 3 twigs fresh rosemary, chopped thin
05 - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, cut into pieces
06 - 2-3 tbsp sugar (add more or less as you like)
07 - ice cubes
08 - Orange chunks and rosemary twigs for decoration (if you want)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat up 4 cups of water until bubbling in a pot. Take it off the heat and drop in the tea bags, chopped rosemary, orange zest, and ginger pieces.
02 - Let everything soak for 5-7 minutes, then pull out the tea bags. Mix in the sugar and let it cool down a bit.
03 - Pour through a strainer to get rid of the rosemary bits, zest, and ginger chunks. Pour in the fresh orange juice and stir.
04 - Wait until it's not hot anymore, then stick it in the fridge until it's totally cold.
05 - Put some ice in glasses and pour your cold tea over it. Top with orange pieces and fresh rosemary if you feel fancy. Drink up!
