Paloma Mocktail Grapefruit Lime (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 120 ml plain soda or opt for grapefruit soda (your call)
02 - Pinch of sea salt
03 - 1 ml of apple cider vinegar or swap in non-alcoholic tequila
04 - 15 ml of maple syrup or your favorite sweet touch
05 - 30 ml juice squeezed from fresh limes
06 - 60 ml of grapefruit juice

→ For the Rim (optional)

07 - Rub a lime or grapefruit wedge to wet rim
08 - Use either Tajin or salt for rimming your glass

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pop a lime or grapefruit wedge on top, then drink right away.
02 - Pour your mix into a glass with fresh ice and finish up with some bubbly soda if you like.
03 - Give the shaker a hard shake for about 20 seconds till it's cold and mixed together.
04 - In a cocktail shaker, toss in the grapefruit and lime juice, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Drop in a few ice cubes and close it up tight.
05 - Pour Tajin or salt on a plate. Slide a lime or grapefruit wedge around your glass edge, and tap it into the salt or Tajin so it sticks.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Craving a stronger citrus flavor? Try lime soda water or toss in extra fresh grapefruit.
02 - No maple syrup? Use monkfruit, Stevia, honey syrup, or simple syrup—whatever you like best.
03 - Using apple cider vinegar gives it depth, but non-alc tequila makes it taste a bit more true to a classic mocktail style.
