Parmesan Crusted Garlic Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
02 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
07 - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

→ For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

08 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
12 - 1/2 cup butter

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Put the cooked chicken onto your plates, then pour on the sauce while it's still nice and warm.
02 - While the chicken is in the oven, toss the butter in a pot and let it melt on medium. Add the garlic and stir for half a minute. Next, pour in the cream, toss in the salt, and finish with pepper. Keep it bubbling for another couple of minutes until it gets nice and thick.
03 - Move the coated chicken to your lined baking tray. Pop it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until it looks golden and hits 165°F inside.
04 - Take a chicken breast and roll it in the flour and cheese mix. Press it in softly so both sides get fully covered.
05 - In a shallow bowl, pile in flour, that Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir it all together.
06 - Get your oven going at 400°F or 200°C. Put down some parchment onto a baking tray.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Try to make sure your chicken breasts are about the same thickness. They'll cook more evenly and come out juicy.
