Peach Mint Lemonade (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Herbs

01 - 15 millilitres mint, chopped plus some sprigs for topping

→ Fruit

02 - 4 or 5 juicy peaches, cleaned, pitted, sliced up

→ Base

03 - 2 litres chilled lemonade (store-bought or your own)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pop some ice in glasses and dress them up with a few more mint leaves and peach slices before pouring.
02 - Dump the peachy-mint mix into a big jug, then stir in the rest of your lemonade. Stir it up and drop in the leftover peaches and a couple thin lemon rounds if you want it fancy.
03 - Toss most of the peach slices (save a few), mint, and about 250 millilitres of your lemonade in a blender. Blend until it’s really smooth. Want it totally silky? Give it a quick strain through a fine sieve.
04 - Scrub your peaches, pull out the pits, and chop them up. Keep about a quarter of the slices for later—they’ll look pretty in the jug or glass.
05 - Make your lemonade or grab it from the fridge if it’s store-bought. Let it stay cold till you need it.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Grab peaches that are super ripe and use fresh mint for the best result. Blending and then straining will get rid of any bits and leave it smooth.
02 - You can chill the pitcher or simply toss ice directly into cups to keep the flavor going strong.
