                Pop some ice in glasses and dress them up with a few more mint leaves and peach slices before pouring.

                Dump the peachy-mint mix into a big jug, then stir in the rest of your lemonade. Stir it up and drop in the leftover peaches and a couple thin lemon rounds if you want it fancy.

                Toss most of the peach slices (save a few), mint, and about 250 millilitres of your lemonade in a blender. Blend until it’s really smooth. Want it totally silky? Give it a quick strain through a fine sieve.

                Scrub your peaches, pull out the pits, and chop them up. Keep about a quarter of the slices for later—they’ll look pretty in the jug or glass.

                Make your lemonade or grab it from the fridge if it’s store-bought. Let it stay cold till you need it.
