Let the peaches, water, and sugar cook together in a small pot at medium heat while you stir a few times. Once 10 minutes pass, take it off the heat. Just give it about half an hour to cool down.
02 -
Strain the syrup using a mesh sieve to catch the peach bits. If you want, save what you strain out to use as a topping or snack.
03 -
Boil about 950 millilitres of water in a medium pot. Toss in the tea bags and let them soak for five minutes.
04 -
Have a 2-litre pitcher handy. Pour in the leftover 950 millilitres of cold water. After taking the tea bags out of your pot (make sure to press out the good stuff), pour the steeped tea right into the pitcher.
05 -
Toss in baking soda, squeeze in your lemon juice, and pour in the peach syrup. Want it sweeter? Go ahead, add more syrup. Stick it in the fridge for at least an hour so it gets cold. Pour it over ice when you're ready, maybe add lemon slices if you’re feeling fancy.
