Grab a medium pan and put it on medium-low heat. Toss in the butter and let it melt down. Lay out two bread slices next to each other. Stack each piece with one mozzarella slice, arrange 9 pepperoni pieces on top, then add another mozzarella slice. Cap with the other bread slices. Cook about 3 minutes per side until the cheese gets all melty.

Grab a small bowl that's microwave-safe and toss in the butter. Heat till it's melted. Mix in your parsley, Italian herbs, garlic powder, and salt.

Get your brush and slather that flavor butter on both sides of your sandwich. Pop it back in the pan for another 30 seconds each side. Take it off the heat, sprinkle some parmesan on top if you want, and serve with a side of marinara for dipping.
