Cheesy Pepperoni Sandwich (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Sandwich Basics

01 - 1 tbsp plain butter
02 - 4 pieces Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bread
03 - 4 pieces mozzarella cheese, cut 1/8-inch thick
04 - 18 pieces pepperoni, warmed in microwave for 20 seconds and patted dry

→ Flavor Spread

05 - 3 tbsp plain butter
06 - 1/4 tsp chopped or dry parsley
07 - 1/4 tsp mixed Italian herbs
08 - 1/4 tsp powdered garlic
09 - 1/8 tsp table salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Grab a medium pan and put it on medium-low heat. Toss in the butter and let it melt down. Lay out two bread slices next to each other. Stack each piece with one mozzarella slice, arrange 9 pepperoni pieces on top, then add another mozzarella slice. Cap with the other bread slices. Cook about 3 minutes per side until the cheese gets all melty.
02 - Grab a small bowl that's microwave-safe and toss in the butter. Heat till it's melted. Mix in your parsley, Italian herbs, garlic powder, and salt.
03 - Get your brush and slather that flavor butter on both sides of your sandwich. Pop it back in the pan for another 30 seconds each side. Take it off the heat, sprinkle some parmesan on top if you want, and serve with a side of marinara for dipping.
