Pork Hashbrown Bake (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main and Sauce

01 - 240 ml barbecue sauce
02 - 450 g cooked pulled pork

→ Dairy and Seasonings

03 - 200 g Colby Jack cheese, grated
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted

→ Vegetables and Base

07 - 1-2 jalapeños, grated
08 - 1 bell pepper, diced
09 - 1/2 onion, diced
10 - 160 g whole kernel corn
11 - 850 g frozen shredded hash browns

# Steps to Follow:

01 - When you pull it out, give it about 5 minutes to cool. Spoon on sour cream or diced green onions if you like.
02 - Spread the rest of your grated Colby Jack on top of the pork layer. Stick it back in the oven and bake for 20 more minutes.
03 - Once that first bake is done, take out the dish. Layer the pork in barbecue sauce all over your crispy hash brown base.
04 - While the veggies bake, get your cooked pulled pork and slather it with the barbecue sauce so everything is coated.
05 - Dump the whole veggie and cheese mix right into your baking dish. Smooth it out so it’s even, then get it in the oven for 20 minutes.
06 - Toss the hash browns, corn, goodies like onion, bell pepper, jalapeños, plus melted butter, salt, pepper, and half the Colby Jack in a big bowl. Mix it good.
07 - Heat your oven up to 200°C. Spray a 23x33 cm pan with nonstick spray so nothing sticks, then set it aside.
