Flip your oven on to 175°C (350°F). Dump the flour onto a baking tray, spread it out, and pop it in for about 5 minutes. Give it a stir here and there. Check that it hits 74°C (165°F) with your thermometer, then let it cool totally.

Grab your big bowl and whip up the soft butter with both sugars till it's all smooth and comes together nicely.

Splash in the milk, vanilla, and that red food gel. Stir it up until everything's blended smoothly.

Once the flour’s cool, add it in along with the cocoa and salt. Keep mixing till there aren't any powdery bits left.

Fold those mini chocolate chips through so they're spread throughout the dough.

Scoop the dough into bowls or pile on top of your favorite desserts. Dig in!
