Wash shrimp in cold water and dry them with paper towels. This helps them brown better.

Put 2 tablespoons of butter in a big skillet and let it melt on medium heat.

Add the ancho chili powder and let it cook for about a minute to release its flavors.

Put in the chopped garlic and cook it for another minute until you can smell it.

Drop in your cleaned shrimp. Add some salt and cook them for 3-4 minutes, turning now and then until they're pink all over.

Take the pan off the heat and mix in the other 2 tablespoons of butter and lime juice until all shrimp are covered.

Throw some fresh cilantro on top for a nice touch of color and taste.
